ABOUT THE CHICAGO FIRE SOCCER CLUB NTC

The NTC is the opportunity for advanced players aged 10 through 18 to participate in an intensive 6-day training week on the campus of Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, IL. The Chicago Fire NTC staff will be performing and managing all aspects of the training for both male and female athletes. From the advanced curriculum on the field, to theory and game analysis sessions off the field, the NTC will give players a complete professional soccer experience.

The overnight residential program will enhance individual players’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental attributes, with a particular focus on pre-season training in preparation for the fall season. In addition to field sessions, the theoretical workshops will give the players a real ‘Train like a Pro to Play like a Pro’ experience.

The cost of the program will be: 
-$750 for players (Residential),
-$650 for players (Non Residential),

The 6 day residential program will include:
-Living and practicing at Trinity campus.
-World Class instruction in all areas of the game.
-Full Chicago Fire Soccer Club practice uniform & ball
-Theory Workshops covering key aspects of soccer.
-Guest coaches from Fire 1st Team and Academy.

7.30-8.30am Athletes Breakfast
9.00-11.00am Practical 1: Technical Ball Mastery
11.15-12.15pm Theory 1: Performance Analysis
12.30- 1.30pm Athletes Lunch
1.30-2.30pm Directed Time- Team Assignments
2.30-4.30pm Practical 2: Functional Training
5.00-6.00pm Athletes Dinner
6.00-7.00pm Directed Time- Player Assignments
7.00-9.00pm Practical 3: Coaching within the Game
10.00pm Lights Out
