Youth Elite Soccer's professionalism and dedication on and off the soccer field, contributed to the success of the NKSA program for this past season. YES's coaching expertise and style matched perfectly with NKSA club’s focus, goal, personalized coaching and teaching of our club players and coaches. Through the YESAmbassador, YES's organization showed great results in teaching skills and game management, and in growing enthusiasm, passion, and a sense of community.
YES also helped bring our club name into the community by increasing our presence on social media, organizing charity related club events, and by helping us revamp our website which is now live! YES seem to be always available to pitch in a hand to help any player, coach, or club officials. I have worked with other soccer organizations/coaches and none have had more passion for the game, the player and sportsmanship.
It is an absolute pleasure working with YES and their ambassadors as colleagues and to know now refer to them as friends. The NKSA program greatly benefited from this relationship and we are looking forward to an exiting, fun and successful 2012 soccer year.

YESAmbassador
YESAmbassadors are so much more then 'Qualified Professional Soccer Coaches'. They have a passion for the game and a drive to help ease the pain of running a soccer organization. YESAmbassadors are at your organization's disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And with our flat rate program, you won't be wasting your time tracking hours. We want to help your club run, grow and raise its profile within the community.
Club Talent Schools
Club Talent Schools (CTS) are aimed at boys and girls aged 7 to 12 years. The CTS is organized in partnership with local soccer organizations and open to players who are looking for competitive supplementary soccer training above and beyond their practices with their travel team. (CTS is for players with less than three years experience in travel soccer).
Regional Talent Schools
Regional Talent Schools (RTS) are aimed at boys and girls aged 8 to 14 years. The RTS is regionally based in locations around Chicagoland, New England, Indiana. RTS is open to players who are looking for advanced supplementary training to take their own game to the next level. (RTS is for players with more than three years experience in travel soccer).
Elite Performance Center
The Elite Performance Center (EPC) is aimed at boys aged 12 to 18 years. The EPC is nationally based and draws the best players from our Regional Talent Schools. The EPC is based on the Chicago Fire SC Academy Elite Curriculum and prepares players to participate at Academy Level.

YESCoaches are available to help you raise your game, no matter your age, ability, position or goals. From position specific clinics, to private sessions. From team practices to coach education. Say YES and Imagine the Possibilities for your Game.
YESEvaluations
YES offers the opportunity for your players to be independently evaluated on all areas of the game and provide you with comprehensive feedback on each individual who takes part. We do not simply select the 'best' players. We provide the organization with a large amount of data on each player which allows the coaches to prepare their seasonal plans based upon the players they are given.

Just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with your support and dedication. You are a great resource to rely on, it makes our jobs easier knowing we have a top notch professional organization to back us up.
A great example is our evaluations , from what seemed to be be ever shifting attendance numbers, inclement weather, and the usual "evaluation anxiety" thus many last minute phone calls from us to you. This year's evaluation was in my opinion the most organized, professionally run event yet. Your staff is always professional and relates well to our players, coaches and parents.
In closing we feel expanding the partnership between the Lyme Old Lyme Soccer Club and YES was a solid move and will take our club to the next level.

What is YESConnect? This is a way of addressing those difficult long term staffing decisions for your clubs with the support and international expertise of Youth Elite Soccer and the consistency of an effective new hire. YESConnect will allow international coaches to list their profile on our site for our clients to browse at their leisure. Once a connection is made between club and staff member we provide a turnkey solution to all HR aspects, including immigration, payroll, transport, and insurance, all based on your club's long term strategy.
