Qualifications & Experience

What do YESsoccer provide?

YESsoccer provides full coaching uniform and all the equipment a coach needs to conduct their sessions.

In addition, accommodation, transport, access to a vehicle and work-related gas expenses are taken care of on top of your coaching wages.

YESsoccer also provides full support and training to help promote long-term career opportunities where possible.

How much does it cost?

YESsoccer staff are responsible to cover travel costs to relevant training events and hub locations in the U.S prior to starting work for YESsoccer throughout the recruitment process.

Location Assignments

YESsoccer provides a service which matches the skills of our coaching staff with the needs of our club partners.

We work in various states across the US, with our hubs being New England (CT, MA), the Mid-Atlantic (PA, OH), the Mid-West (IL, IN, WI, MI) and the South (TX, LA)

Therefore, we do accept location requests but we don't guarantee them. This is also true of coaches requesting to work together.

Where will I Stay?

During the spring and fall, trainers typically stay in one place and often live with a family in a local community.

When you are working on summer camps, which typically last one week, you will work and live in different communities every week, usually staying with a host family who have a child in the program.

What do I get paid?

YESsoccer staff are paid bi-weekly. For the spring and fall seasons each coach typically earns an hourly rate or flat rate based on a minimum number of hours completed. For the summer season each coach earns a camp rate which increases based on length and number of camps per week.

Rates are dependent upon your placement and coaching qualifications.

"I have had a great time working with all involved with YESsoccer and for such an enthusiastic and growing company. The kids in the States are great and the families are so generous! I have enjoyed every minute and can't wait to come back in the spring. I have learnt from everyone associated with YESsoccer in regards to coaching and feel that I have more knowledge now from the drills and exercises both YESsoccer staff and my peers have shown me, so I thank you all for that."

Just to let you know this whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. We are still here in the States and I've learned so much as a coach as well as enjoying every minute of it. Thanks again for giving me this opportunity.
